Our free tier ("Basic Element Reading") does not involve any payment and therefore is not subject to refund. You may use the free service at any time without obligation.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Include your order confirmation number or the email address used for the purchase.
No reason is required. We will process your request within 3 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Once a refund is initiated, it will be processed by Paddle within 5–10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
6. Cancellation Right
